Cancellation Policy: The $300 Deposit is Non-Refundable. The Remaining Balance of $1,200.00 is due on January 2, 2025, prior to the retreat. If you need to cancel after paying the balance and confirming attendance, you agree to provide written notice to bWithin before January 2, 2025 via email to bianca@b-within.com. You agree that your failure to provide the cancellation notice in the manner set forth herein will result in you being charged the full rate, as set forth above, for the respective retreat. You may also choose to fill your spot with another person of your choosing who deals directly with you regarding payment, but you must email bWithin with their full information no less than a week before the retreat, by January 17, 2025.
